2. Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments or sessions must be booked in advance.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be chargeable.
- We will aim to reschedule any missed sessions where possible.

We treat all personal data with care and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Confidential information shared during sessions will not be disclosed without consent, unless required for safeguarding or legal reasons.
4. Safeguarding and Duty of Care
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of all learners.
Our staff and contractors follow child protection protocols and hold appropriate training and DBS checks.
5. Liability
While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, SunDrama Education is not responsible for:
- Any injuries caused by unsafe behaviour
- Misuse of materials outside supervised settings
- Delays or interruptions beyond our control (e.g., venue closures, illness)
